睡前多喝水,被尿憋醒就別睡了;睡覺不關窗簾,天亮刺眼就醒了(只適用與夏天,冬天還是多睡會兒吧...);5點吃晚餐,吃完就別吃任何東西了,早上餓醒了吃東西吃完就別睡了;找一個特別喜歡早起的伴侶吧……

何必犧牲自己的睡眠時間呢,睡眠就是要輕鬆、休息。如果需要時間,應該從自己的自由活動時間或者事情的規劃上來考慮更合理吧。建議做好規劃。身體是革命的本錢呀。
